Our client, a leading Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) which offers its products and services to retail and corporate clients from over 80 countires worldwide, seeks to hire a dynamic and experienced Systems Analyst to join its large team in Limassol.
The company's IT Division and specifically their Analysis & Design Department is responsible for the Business analysis, Systems and/or Software Architecture and Software Products Design of all the Information Technology Products required to be developed for supporting the company and/or its clients or partners operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with end-users to gather their requirements for requested products
  • Analyze requirements gathered from end-users, extract real needs, prepare and/or maintain detailed Specifications document describing all required products/ functionalities/ mathematical formulas, including GUI mockups wherever required
  • Research best practices for: (i) Requirements Gathering techniques, (ii) Specifications documentation standards, (iii) Models/Diagrams used for graphical presentation of specifications, and prepare the framework that will be followed
  • Prepare and/or maintain User Manuals for the specified products

Candidate Profile:

  • University Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in systems/business analysis or equivalent position
  • Working experience in Software Development or equivalent position will be considered an advantage
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written 
  • Good knowledge of Software modelling terminology (mostly UML)
  • Knowledge of GUI design and mockups preparation will be considered an advantage
  • Strong Analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong writing skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn and apply new methodologies
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Teamwork driven and willingness to ensure results are achieved
